The blackthorn fruit ripened early this year in Italy after a hot, dry summer in Emilia Romagna. I picked berries to make a local liqueur called bargnolino. DId the thorns poke me? Am I pleased with this painting. Yes and yes again. This tiny painting is part of a month-long challenge to paint 1-2 miniatures a day using ink on PVC cards. Mailed in the minimalist clip frame as shown. Shipping is included in the US and EU.
